Object of research: process of forming of social competence of the person. An object of research: social-pedagogical conditions of formation of social competence of the senior teenager from incomplete family. The purpose of research: theoretical substantion of essence, the contents, structure of social competence and experimental check of social-pedagogical conditions which provide efficiency of its formation at the senior teenager from incomplete family. Scientific novelty of research: consists of social competence of the person of the senior teenagers for the first time was determined; criteria, parameters of social competence are proved; formed and feature of its display levels are found out from the senior teenagers; psychic-pedagogical characteristics of the certain levels are made; social-pedagogical conditions are scientifically proved and the complex technique of forming of social competence of the senior teenagers is developed.
