Essay

Object of research: process of controlling risks of project. The purpose of research: providing of functioning of risks-managers of projects and financing of the actions directed on drop of negative influence to risk of projects on the basis of organizational modeling and a choice of methods of management by design risks. Standards IPMA on projects control, Cash-Flow and discounting methods, graphs theories, system analysis and system modeling, informational technologies of projects controlling were applied. For the first time the organizational model of management is developed by risks of projects on the basis of regular circuits of system models which as against existing takes into account functions, structure and processes of division of management by design risks that enables managers to avoid duplication of functions, effectively to allocate resources at formation of plans and budgets of several projects carried out by the enterprise. It is advanced methods of an estimation of efficiency and a choice of actions of reaction to design risks due to joint application of methods Cash-Flow and discounting which help managers on the basis of quantitative criteria of economic efficiency of projects may define the best influences on design risks and requirement for financing to risk of the project. Have received the further development methods of management of risks of projects regarding the formalized description of actions of reaction to design risks that allows to generate the plan of performance of the project, directed on decrease of negative influence of adverse events. The extent of obtained results is branch. Usage field: project-oriented enterprise.
