Object of research – teaching and educational process in general secondary school. Aim of research – to theoretically substantiate and experimentally check organizational and pedagogical conditions of favourable environment creation in general secondary school. Methods of research – theoretical, empirical, statistical. Theoretical and practical results of research – organizational pedagogical conditions of favourable environment creation are substantiated. The results obtained may be used in the system of teachers’ professional development. Scientific novelty - the essence of favourable educational environment is defined and substantiated, the model of its creation is offered; organizational pedagogical conditions facilitating favourable environment creation are justified, the notions of the essence of environment, of exercising control over general secondary institution are further researched and developed. Implementation: the results of the research are used in teachers’ practical activity, in the teacher training system and in the system of teachers’ professional development.
