Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the study of influencing of the antidepressed therapy on clinical motion and biochemical indexes at patients with ischemic heart disease. A structure, frequency of psychological disorders and symptoms of the depressed episode, is first certain at patients on IHD with concomitant hypertensive illness; it is set, that frequency of depressions in population of patients of the central region of Ukraine arrives at 18,5 %. Safety of fluoksetin is led to: by absence of negative dynamics on ECG, in the blood tests and urine, at determination of parameters of gemodinamik, by saving of preparation for pharmacotherapy at all patients from the beginning of medical treatment.
