Essay

The thesis focuses on the essence, the task, the structure of the culture of communication. In the thesis the components, the criterial characteristics, the parameters of the development of the culture of communication of the senior pupils are defined. The model of development of the issue under consideration is worked out, and experimentally proved. The psychological and pedagogical conditions of culture of pupils' communication development in the process of education in secondary schools are substantiated and experimentally proved: integralunity of in intellectual, emotional-evaluating, motivating, functional components of the culture of the communication senior pupils implementing the complex methodology of the development informing the culture of the communication; providing personal competent methods; creating psychological atmosphere of the comfort, friendship and support assistance to each other.
