Vojtov V. The social-philosofical contents of sense of justice

A research object of - the phenomenon of sense of justice as the motivational-incentive factor of public and individual behaviour of the person. The purpose of research - to open the social - philosophical contents of sense of justice and the way of its transformation to public law practice enforcement. The methods of research - methodology of scientific knowledge, methods of the analysis and synthesis, abstraction, formalization and idealization, also methods of a social and psychological orientation, namely a method of apperceptive and phenomenological intuition, except for it in a basis of the analysis it is incorporated fundamental principles „learn itself ”, „the person – as a measure of all things”, “similar creates similar”, "unity of microcosm and macrocosm”. Theoretical significance and the novelty - complex research of a phenomenon of sense of justice as motivational-world outlook the factor of socialization and construction tools of civil type of a society. The practical results and novelty- necessity of formation of sense of justice is proved in a vein of world outlook-methodological definiteness of social philosophy and modified as philosophy of a history, the unity of philosophical and legal consciousness is proved conceptual - category. The subject and degree of introduction - offered to a way of organic transformation of sense of justice to the practice public law enforcement in Ukraine. The field of usage - educational process, activity of public organizations, political parties and the state institutes engaged in questions of lawmaking and realization of phylosophical and legal education of the population.
