After the analization of scientific manuscripts, devoted of problems of child's personality development under school and school aged children, we have the conclusion about their insufficiently cultivation for innovation educational institutes - teaching and aducation complexes: pre-school institute- primary school. In the many of education institutes like that, the problem of child's personality creative development, there is not devote a time for attention, there is not used possibilities of educational institute and senzetive period of development of under school and school aged children for their creative development.Developed and researched model of creative development of child in the age of under school and school aged children in conditions of teaching and aducational complex: pre - school institute and primary school reflect: the aim; the main pedagogical principles and it pedagogical creation; unity of educational and out-of- educational activity; organization stages of sequence of child's development of creative; main approaches in organization teaching and aducational process; educational conditions ; educational and methodical guaranteeing of theaching and educational process. Creative interaction of theacher and child ,in this the model , support creative activity of child, stimulation of revealing children's creative character. Created plan of subject-matter algorithm of children's creative development in teaching and educational process.
