The dissertation is devoted to studying of influence of low-level infra-red laser radiation on reparation processes at bone fractures in dogs, to development of a method of laser therapy for the given pathology, and also to an establishment of its efficiency. By the lead researches it is proved, that at use of laser therapy for postoperative treatment of fresh and old bone fractures in dogs the most remote terms of clinical healing of fractures considerably are reduced (to 15 days in comparison with application only antibiotic therapy). Application of the developed and patented technique prevents occurrence of such complications, as delayed union, pseudoarthrosis formation and an osteomyelitis. Also during researches it is established, that the irradiation of a place of fracture with low-level infra-red laser in the postoperative period does not change the order of reparation regeneration stages passage, but considerably accelerates their changing and intensifies course of regenerative processes.
