The dissertation is devoted to theoretically methodological and applied problems of health staff stimulation to work efficiently. On the basis of literature review, analysis of home and foreign experience specificities of health staff stimulation to work efficiently in modern Ukraine have been stated, its complex estimation on national, regional and microeconomic levels has been carried out. New methodological approaches to labour efficiency estimation on the level of a health worker have been worked out. The necessity of flexible tariff scale implication in the health care sector has been proved. It has been also determined how the mechanism of health staff stimulation to work efficiently could be improved.
