Essay

The thesis is devoted to theoretical elaboration and development of practical tools for academic personnel's quality of working life evaluation and development research, substantiation of development vectors of this category in pre-epidemiological and epidemiological periods. The conceptual apparatus of academic personnel's quality of working life has been specified. This phenomenon's essence has been deepened on the basis of highlighting university professors' labour activity features. A number of categories related to such quality has been clarified. Its determinants and components have been identified. Financial, organizational, legal, managerial and epidemiological determinants of academic personnel's quality of working life deserve special attention. It is necessary to discern features of online teaching, dominance of organizational and technical working conditions, features of university professors' motivation, etc. in the capacity of epidemiological determinants.
