Kovenska O. Formation of labour potential of recreation arias of Ukraine. (on example “Kurortopolis Truskavets”)

The dissertation is devoted learning theoretical – methodological aspects and improving the mechanism of formation recreation’s arias labour potential. The basis of retrospective analysis of theoretical views and approaches was the background for development methodology of determination “labour potential of recreation zone”, also was suggested improving of factors classification which influence on forming labour potential of recreation arias, elaboration of algorithm calculation the integral index quality of labour potential based on group indicators of labour potential of recreation arias. In this paper the analysis of regional tendencies of formation labour potential is made (on example “Kurortopolis Truskavets”), are also made economical and social mathematical models of dependence indicators of labour potential SEA “Kurortopolis Truskavets”, substantiated the system of measures for creation the centre of formation and development labour potential in the structure “Truskavets valeological innovational centre”, suggestion the ways of development labour potential of recreation aria in the context of state innovational policy.
