Tarayevs’ka L. Development strategy of workplaces in industry of Ukraine: methodology, problems, ways of solution finding

The dissertation is devoted to further intensification of theoretical and methodological principles and practical recommendation concerning the forming of workplaces development strategy under the conditions of industry modernization. On the basis of retrospective estimation of theoretical views and approaches determined in this work are: the essence and substance of such categories as “A Workplace”, “Workplace Development strategy”; revealed factors effecting the development of the workplaces which have been classified; substantiated the methodological approaches to the forming of present-day development strategy of workplaces. The work contains the estimation of the present-day stage of workplaces development and the level of their balance with man power on the basis of the methodological diagram suggested by the author. Determined and substantiated in this work are: strategic guidelines of workplaces development; ways of improving organizational and economic mechanism of ensuring the balance of workplaces and human resources development; social priorities and ways of their provision; anticipated estimation of workplaces development in industry of Ukraine.
