A research object – abdominal operative interventions in animals. Purpose of research – clinical and experimental substantion of laparpscopic ovariectomy in bitches and sows on the basis of investigation of postoperative period course, indexes of morphological composition of blood, albuminous exchange, changes of connecting tissues and endogenous intoxication of organism. Research methods are clinical, morphological (red corpuscles, leucocytes, platelets and haemoglobin), biochemical (general albumen, albumens, urea, creatinine, ceruloplasmin, С-reactive albumen, glucose, molecules of middle mass, malonic dialdehyde, superoxide dismutase, catalase, asparagine- and alaninetransferase, glicoproteids, glicosaminoglicans, sialic acids) composition of blood. The scientific novelty of the results is that for the first time in domestic veterinary surgery in theory and clinically founded conducting of ovariectomy in bitchs and sows by a new method – laparoscopy. There have been established that torsion vessels of ovary in all animals is the most effective with application of electro-surgical generator. However it is possible to use Roder loop and endoclipper in bitches. It was prooved to that laparoscopy ovariectomy in animals passes with the insignificant injuring of abdominal wall, and a postoperative period is shorter and runs with the less expressed changes of clinical indexes, morphological composition of blood, albuminous and carbohydrate exchange, level of endogenous intoxication and exchange in connecting tissues of organism, than at laparotomy ovariectomy. It was offered: new methods of ovariectomy conducting in bitches and sows.It is inculcated: the results use in practical and research work, educational process of the Bila Tserkva state agrarian university, National agrarian university, Kharkov state zooveterinary academy, Lvsv national academy of veterinary medicine of the name S.Z. Gzhitsky, Poltava state agrarian academy, Odessa state agrarian university, Lugansk national agrarian university. Materials of work included in the textbook “Operative surgery, anesthesiology and topographical anatomy” – С. 523–527. On materials of research was received three declarative patents of Ukraine on an useful model: “Method of laparoscopy ovariectomy in bitches”, “Method of laparoscopy ovariectomy in sows”, “Method of ovary vessels torsion at laparoscopy ovariectomy in bitches and sows”. On materials of researches was worked out methodical recommendations “Use of laparoscopy in veterinary medicine”.Sphere of the use: veterinary medicine.
