Object of investigation – surgical diseases in dogs and cats. The goat of investigation: the improvement of diagnostics methods and surgical help for spinal diseases in dogs and cats; clinic-experimental explanation of the drugs treatment. The investigation method – clinical (general and neurological investigation, radiographic, myelographic, using of drugs treatment, experimental, haemotological (erythrocytes, leucocytes, haemoglobin, total protein, albumin, immunoglobulin fractions); the methods of statistic analyze. The scientific novelty: first in Ukrainian veterinary we created and used the scheme of neurological investigation. The one let us to find the localization and the degree of spinal injuries as more soon. We used the methods of myelographic with the modern X-Ray drug. We also discovered the total clinical condition and blood condition to explain the efficacy of remedies therapy methods. It is offered: the rational scheme of diagnostics and conservative treatment for spinal diseases in dogs and cats. Inculcated: obtained results are using in scientific-research and practical work, in lecture courses in State Agroecological University, Dnipropetrovsk State Agrarian University, National Agrarian University, Lviv National Agrarian University, Podol State Agrarian University, Lugansk National Agrarian University.
