Object of research: abdominal surgery pathologies in animals. The purpose of research - to substantiate a pathogenetic role of a macrocirculatory and tissues hemostasis in development of abdominal surgery pathologies in animals and its correction at acute purulent peritonitis in dogs. Methods of research: clinical, ultrasonografic, rentgenological, bacteriological (peritoneal ecsudation), hematological (hemoglobin, erythrocytes, leucocytes, platelets, hematocrit), hemostasiological (fibrinogen, delusion fibrin, activity of the factor XІІІ, prothrombin time, antithrombin-III, protein C, fibrinolysis, integral proteolytic activity, the content of prekallikrein, and its quickly responding inhibitor СІ-І, ?1-inhibitor of proteinases and ?2-macroglobulin in tissues extracts and blood plasma). Scientific novelty of work: for the first time theoretically, clinically and experimentally it is substantialed a pathogenetic role of a macrocirculation and tissues hemostasis at abdominal surgery pathologies in dogs, pigs and cattle. Functional activity of tissue hemostasis, fibrinolysis and proteolysis depended not only from species specifity of inflammatory response but from nosologic form of abdominal pathologies. It is offered: hemostasiological, ultrasonografic and rentgenological methods of diagnosis abdominal surgery pathologies in dogs, pigs and cattle; using "Gelophusin" preparation and ointments on hydrophilous basis "Laevosinum" ointment for treatment of purulent peritonitis in dogs. It is introduced: obtained results are used in educational process, at studying "General and special veterinary surgery", at scientific investigations (Bila Tserkva State Agrarian University, National Agrarian University, Sumy National Agrarian University, Kharkiv State Zooveterinary Academy, Lviv National Veterinary Medicine Academy by the name of Gzhitskiy, Poltava State Agrarian Academy, Odessa State Agrarian University, Lugansk National Agrarian University, State Agroecology University) and practice of the veterinary medicine.Field of application: Veterinary Medicine.
