Osadtsa Z. Economic evaluation of the labour activity motivation on the enterprises nowadays

Object: labour motivation of workers of enterprises. Aim: development of mechanism of increase of efficiency of the use of labour resources on the basis of reformation of the system of motivation of effective labour activity of workers of industrial enterprises, adequate market transformation. Methods: economic and statistical analysis, economic-mathematical design, cross-correlation and regressive analysis. Results: the conceptual model of genealogy of motivational complex, method of quantitative determination of motivation of labour is first developed with the use of the generalized index of motivation. Use: in-process Main Administration of Economy of Chernivtsi Regional State Administration, at teaching of disciplines of «Economy of labour» and «Economy of enterprise».
