The dissertation research represents the formation problem of aesthetic attitude to nature by means of art of the senior preschoolers (on the materials of acquaintance with landscape art) . The dissertation discloses philosophical aspects of the genesis of individual"s aesthetic attitude to nature; its own nature, essence and mechanism of development; the psychological characteristics of the aesthetic attitude"s formarion are defined; rationalized its pedagogical foundations; the art of landscape is described as the effective means of the formationof aesthetic attitude to nature of the senior preschoolers. On the basis of thestudy of the practice of the kindergartens work the system for the senior preschoolers formation of aesthetic attitude to nature in the course of artistically pedagogical communications on pictures of landscape has been developed. In the dissertation it is proved that formation of aesthetic attitude to nature by means of landscape art is the result of purposely organized child"s emotional cooperation with objects and phenomena of nature, and their images, depicted on the paintings, which provides person"s spiritual development, encourages development of one"ssensjry culture and creative abilities, enriches aesthetic and artistics preschooler"s experience.
