Platanovska I. Influence of a complex hormonal preparation and blood irradiated with Ultra-violet-beams on reproductive function of sows

Object of research: main and remount pigs of Big White breed, complex hormonal preparation, heterogenic blood irriadiated with ultra-violet radiations. Purpose of research: the decision of sterility problem, unsterility and young live-stock saving in specialized pigs economies of Chernivtsi region, with the course of intensification of sow recreation using hormonal methods of regulation of sexual functions. Methods of research: physiological, clinical, morphologi-cal, histological, biochemical, statistical. Scientific novelty: it was studied the efficiency of complex hormonal preparation at hipofunction of sow ovaries and the induction of first sexual pigs instinct at the age of 180 days with the next insemination at the age of 230-240 days. For the first time it was used the heterogenic irradiated blood for synchronization of sexual cyclicity of sow, it was studied its influence on the common resistency of organ-ism, the development of uterus and ovaries, and also the reproductive indices of sows. Degree of introduction: For the prophylactics of sterility and nonproductivity in main sows, their fertility increase and breed preservation at the second day after piglets weaning, it was done the stimulation of sexual instinct with complex hormone preparation in doses 5 ml/hol, or heterogenic ul-traviolet irradiated blood taking into account 0,05 ml on 1 kg of the living mass. With the purpose of early using of remout pigs during restorated period, the increase of multi - productivity, great productivity, intermuscle injection of complex hormonal preparation happening but once at the age of 6 montehs in dose 5 ml of the next content: HSPH - 300 I.H. in 5 per cent solution of dimethylsulphoxide, inozine - 10 mg, methionine - 30 vg, unitiole - 0,2 ml, zink - 20 mg, insolvite - 2ml, or heterogenic ultraviolet irradiated blood in dose 0,04 ml on 1 kg of the living mass. Pigs insemination is to be carried out at 3-4 sexual instinct at the age of 8 months by the living mass of 110-118 kg. Sphere (field of using): veterinary medicine.
