Kharenko A. Methods of repair and main sows reproductive function intensification

Object of research: function of reproduction at sows and the reasons of its frustration. Purpose of research: consist in an industrial estimation of methods of an intensification of reproductive function of sows of different age groups depending a season and conditions of the contents and feeding in conditions of Ukraine and Germany. Methods of research: clinical, morfometrykal, biochemi-cal, hormonal, statistical. Scientific novelty: for the first time the comparative estimation of reproductive function of unevenage groups of sows is lead at different technologies of feeding and the contents in conditions of facilities of Ukraine and Germany. Methods of stimulation of hunting, synchronization ovulatio at young and adult sows in conditions of a farm of Germany are modified, approved and introduced by application gestagens and gonadotropic, gestagens and prostaglands, gestagens and other biologically active substances of domestic and foreign manufacture. Degree of introduction: for stimulation of hunting and synchronization ovulation at repair sows, in conditions of pig-breeding facilities after formation of group entered Intergonan-6000, intramuscularly in a doze of 3 ml (800 И.Е.) (1-st time), for 21 day, after introduction Intergonan, applied analogue prostaglands F-2а - Dinilitik, intramuscu-larly, unitary, in a doze of 2 ml, and in 24 hours repeatedly Intergonan-6000, intramuscularly, in a doze of 3 ml (800 И.Е.). In 70-80 hours after the second introduction Intergonan, unitary, intramuscularly, in a doze of 2 ml entered Gonavet. Sphere (field of using): veterinary medicine.
