Essay

The thesis focuses on the acute problem of general pedagogy and history of pedagogy - theoretical substantiation of organizational and pedagogical fundamentals of polylingual gymnasia functioning and their practical realization. As a result of determination of organizational fundamentals and pedagogical conditions, the conception of a polylingual gymnasia functioning was worked out. Also, the corresponding scientific principles, managerial approaches, objectives and main tasks were outlined. The conception in question is mandatory for the understanding of strategic objective for gymnasia functioning, which meets the demands of the society for formation of a polylingual gymnasia as a modern educational establishment.
