Bily L. Organizational and pedagogical bases of managing the institution of higher education of non-state ownership form

The thesis is devoted to the exploration of the problem of managing the institution of higher education of non-state ownership form. There are discovered the peculiarities of such educational institutions, the specific features of their managing. It is proved that effective managing the institutions of higher education is possible on the basis of the following pedagogical factors: introduction of organizational structure of managing the institution of higher education which is adequate to the purposes of management, includes economical interests of the educational institution, able for complicating and self-development: creation of factors for professional and social development of a teacher and a professor: improvement of professional competence of the chiefs of different branches of management on the basis of self-study, self-improvement: introduction of external communications as an instrument of the higher education institution of non-state ownership form development. It was created the effective model of the institution of higher education of non-state ownership form managing.
