Fajzullin O. Study of hepatoprotective effect of thick extract from leaves of Grape cultural

Thesis deals wits the investigation of pharmacological properties of thick extract from leaves of Grape cultural. It was established that thick extract from leaves of Grape cultural in dosage 100 mg/kg have a wide range of pharmacological activity. It was proved that thick extract from leaves of Grape cultural have expressive anti-oxidant, membrane stabilizing and mild anti-inflamatory activityHepatoprotective properties of thick extract from leaves of Grape cultural in a model of liver diseases with acute, sub-chronic and chronic cours was studied. It was established that thick extract from leaves of Grape cultural in dosage 100 mg/kg have expressive hepatoprotective activity. It decrease lipoperoxidation, cytolisis and improve functional activity of hepatocytes. Thick extract from leaves of Grape cultural is "relatively innocuous". It was established that thick extract from leaves of Grape cultural in dosage 100 mg/kg have no ulcerogenic activity. It have no influence to intestinal peristalsisand gastric juice secretion
