Essay

The problem of profile education in gymnasium upper classes of modern Germany is investigated. The tasks and main trends of profile education realization are determined. They are natural-scientific combined with mathematics and techniques; social-scientific; linguistic-literary combined with art. Pedagogical conditions of profile education organisation such as scientific-systematic ensuring of educational process, region peculiarities, different forms and methods, teaching staff requirments are suggested and their effectiveness is studied. Recommendations for implementation of the achievements of profile education in Germany into the education process in Ukraine are suggested.
