Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of biochemical mechanisms the influence of the burn damage of skin on the system of xenobiotic biotransformation and the ground of expediency to use the drugs with antioxidant activity to protections metabolising enzymes systems. The inhibition of enzymatic activity in oxidative and conjugated stages of xenobiotic metabolism, the delay of drug elimination from organism, the increase its pharmacological activity, dependent on severity of injury, were recognized. Trimetazidine surpassed mexidol both on the intensity of membraneprotective actions, and on the ability to protect systems of xenobiotic's biotransformation under burn damages.
