Essay

Object - features of the metabolic pattern in children with atopic diseases (AD); goal – to elucidate the peculiarities of the metabolic profile and hormonal regulation in children with atopic diseases by means of a comprehensive evaluation of the parameters of protein, carbohydrate, lipid, microelement exchange, levels of steroid, thyroid hormones and substantiate their criterial significance in different periods of the disease; methods – clinical-laboratory, spectrophotometric, spectrofluorometric, chromatographic, electrophoretic, immuno-enzyme, radio-immunity, atomic-absorption, flame-photometric, statistical, mathematical modeling; results – for the first time, a complex assessment of the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, biogenic elements, the level of corticosteroid and thyroid hormones in children with atopic bronchial asthma, atopic dermatitis, urticaria combined with Quinck edema depending on the period of the disease, personified approaches to monitoring metabolic disorders was carried out. And their importance as additional criteria of AD flow in children was clarified; the theoretical concepts about the course of biochemical processes and their hormonal regulation in children with AD have been supplemented, the criteria for evaluating the metabolic pattern for improving the efficiency of diagnosis and control of the course of atopic pathology; there was found that the development of AD in children is associated not only with the direct effect of allergens on the immune system, but also mediated through the violation of the main types of metabolism; for the first time it was certified that in children with AD in the period of exacerbation and clinical remission, changes in protein metabolism parameters were observed, characteristic changes in the amino acid spectrum of blood plasma were revealed during remission, an increase in the level of uric acid in the blood in different periods of AD; For the first time it was established that in children with AВ a characteristic imbalance of microelement exchange with a decrease in iron, zinc and copper in the blood plasma with an increase in their deficit during the exacerbation; branch – medicine.
