The thesis is devoted to the study of biochemical mechanisms of detoxifications of the processes of neutralization oligoehfir's polyols technical name "Laprol" marks 502 and 503 in long-term oral administration to rats and pathogenetic substantiation of correcting ways of the infusion solution "remaxol". Experimentally proved that remaxol promotes positive changes in the dynamics of pathogenetic significant indicators of detoxifications of the processes of neutralization of oligoesters in the liver of rats, as evidenced by the improvement of the functional state of microsomes and hepatocytes conjugation processes.
