The Purpose - The work is dedicated to scientific-experimental motivation of the fresh glass-raised tomatoes preservation ability with the use of treatment by film-forming composition. The Methods: complex system, technical-economic, experiment. It Is Offered - A formula of the film-forming composition has been optimized; the technological processes of treatment and storage of glass-raised tomatoes have been developed and grounded. The commodity expert examination of quality of the fresh glass-raised tomatoes prepared for storing and treated by film-forming composition has been made. Sphere of use: agro-industrial enterprises.
