It was developed a complex of interrelated models of agricultural enterprises optimum structure and production dimensions forming. It was realized an enterprises activity analysis, that is based on approach to its functioning as multifunctional systems, defined functional interrelations between basic optimum indexes and developed an optimum criterion estimations. A constructed models complex allows determining the directions of optimum structure of and production dimensions forming. It was offered a price compensation mechanism of production volume oscillations and effectuated prognostication of agricultural enterprises development in existence and optimum structures of its production.
