The dissertation is devoted to historical-pedagogical aspect of the problem of preschool aged children’s healthy lifestyle formation in Ukrainian pedagogic (2nd part of XX c.). Based on the analysis of scientific-pedagogical and historical literature, experience of preschool institutions of the given period; theoretical issues of the problem of preschool aged children’s healthy lifestyle are defined and proved. The essence of the notions “health” and “preschool aged children’s healthy lifestyle” is characterized. The content, forms and methods of preschool aged children’s healthy lifestyle formation are defined. The periods of the problem development in the context of peculiarities of the scientific-pedagogical achievements, hierarchy of scientific-practical problems of the given period, priorities of the teaching complex are established.
