Processes of credit-deposit and investment activity of commercial banks in conditions of competition environment. Construction of economic-mathematical models and optimization methods of credit-deposit and investment activity of commercial bank in Ukrainian conditions. Methods: economic theory, mathematical analysis, economic-mathematical modelling, mathematical methods of optimization, theories of optimal management and decisions making. It was constructed and investigated a model of commercial bank credit-deposit activity concerning problem solving of optimal management of this activity process, particularly in MathCAD environment it was developed a program of given problem numeral computation, by means of which one can be found the optimal managements in point of placing of its assets; it was singled out an organizationally-economic mechanism of state adjustment of commercial banks activity on financial market.
