Essay

The dissertation is devoted to studying of a biochemical regulation of apoptosis in a process of oncogenesis at a level of alarm ways of regulation of cellular processes. Thus there is the authentic rising of the contents of a level of sphingosine in a renal tissue in dependence of a stage of a kidney cancer, and also the rising of a level of stable metabolites of nitric oxide at all stages of a kidney cancer, i.e. these alarm ways have been involved in a regulation of apoptosis in conditions of kidney oncogenesis.
