Panasenko O. Models of assessment and analysis of enterprise’s to bankruptcy

The object of the research is processes of enterprise financing activity; the purpose of the research is designing a set of economic and mathematical models for estimating and analyzing enterprise propensity for bankruptcy which are to enable timely prognosticating enterprise potential financial crises, determining its depth and causes as well as developing and taking relative anticrisis managerial decisions and evaluating their efficiency; the methods and instruments of the Research are system analysis, cluster analysis, method of determining diagnostic factors, adaptive diagnostic method, method of fuzzy sets, method of fuzzy neuron networs; the theoretical and practical achievements are: an economic al and mathematical model of evaluating enterprise propensity for bankruptcy which, unlike the existing ones, is designed with the methods of fuzzy neuron networks; a model of estimating reorganization efficiency with the methods of fuzzy sets; a system of indicators of enterprise financial standing based on the method of determining diagnostic features; adaptive models of prognosticating indicators of enterprise financial state based on polynomial models of exponential smoothing; a mechanism of designing, selecting and taking anticrisis managerial decisions depending on the depth of the financial crisis; practical implementation importance of the results obtained is that their introduction shall enable agricultural enterprises to defect the threat of bankruptcy in time, to design and take relative anticrisis managerial decisions and estimate their efficiency; the objective and the degree of implementation are that the achievements have been introduced to the activities of twelve agricultural enterprises, in particular, when detecting the threat of bankruptcy of Victoria agricultural Limited Company and Orion agricultural Limited Company; the area of implementation is financial activities of agricultural enterprises and educational process.
