Smirnov O. The increasing of competitiveness of personal of the industrial enterprises.

The reasons and the conditions of increasing of competitive advantages of workers have been found. The many-sided value of the ways of influence on the in-creasing of personal competitiveness in Ukraine have been done. On the base of me-thodical approaches, which have been suggested by the author, the strength of influ-ence of different factors on the increasing of the competitiveness of the enterprises of the region has been valued, the effectiveness of regulation of personal competitiveness has been analysed. The conception of increasing of personal competitiveness has been worked out. The ways of improving the mechanism of the increasing of personal competi-tiveness from the positions of using the potential of social partnership, maintenance of the investments into the educational-professional increase, the motivation of the produc-tive work and innovational activity have been suggested.
