Object of research: processes of forming of con-sumers decisions in the conditions of co-operation of producers and users of industrial products. Purpose of research: improvement and development of the theo-retical and methodological providing of processes of design of reflection management by the mechanisms of forming of demand on the products of enterprises. Methods of research: design, analysis of economic processes, reflection design, reflection management decision-making methods. Results: conception of de-sign of reflection management by the mechanisms of forming of demand on the products of enterprises; model of optimization of the reflections influencing of enterprise at co-operation with users; model of con-sumer choice; method of forming of strategy of reflec-tion management by consumer demand in the system producers-users-competitors. Novelty: first: conception of design of reflection management by the mechanisms of forming of demand is developed on the products of enterprises; the model of optimization of the reflections influencing of enterprise is developed at co-operation with users; improved: model of consumer choice; method of estimation of demand on the products of enterprise in the conditions of competition environ-ment; informative model of functioning of center of reflection management; got further development: method of forming of strategy of reflection manage-ment by consumer demand in the system producers-users-competitors. Field of the use: level of enter-prises.
