Rashydova S. Upbringing of the senior pupils' feeling of patriotism on the basis of cultural and artistic traditions of the Donbass region

The thesis is devoted to the research of the upbringing of the senior pupils' feeling of patriotism on the basis of cultural and artistic traditions of the Donbass region. It has been proved that under the conditions of the polycultural region cultural and artistic traditions (amateur and folk arts, decorative art, handicraft ) play a very important role in the upbringing of the senior pupils' feeling of patriotism. The use of cultural and artistic traditions of the region as a means of upbringing creates the conditions for emotional, aesthetic and psychological experience and feelings, which is considered to be the basis for the upbringing of the feeling of patriotism, which integrates in itself the feeling of the disinterested love of one's Motherland, respect for one's ancestors' lands, devotion in the name of the prosperity of one's Motherland. The system of work as for the upbringing of the senior pupils' feeling of patriotism on the basis of cultural and artistic traditions of the Donbass regionas a part of the integrated pedagogical process has been theoretically grounded. The mold experiment has been carried out on the basis of the results of the stated experiment - the programme of the elective course, methodical recommendations for head teachers, organization and pedagogical forms and methods of work have been developed and introduced. The results of the research prove the positive influence of the introduced forms of experimental methods on the upbringing of the senior pupils' feeling of patriotism.
