Management by revelation reserves of production enterprise process in conditions of market relations development by the example of food industry and agricultural products processing enterprises. Development of rational methods and models of economic enterprise development basing on revelation and using of production reserves. Methods: economic-mathematical modelling, informational management, system analysis, probability theory and mathematical statistics methods, methods of production processes optimization. It was defined the possible ways of enterprises economic development basing on previous analysis of existing production factors. It was offered a production reserves revelation method on example of food industry and agricultural products processing enterprises basing on production structure determination. It was developed: determination method of enterprise economic development effectiveness; determination method of realization intensity of planned economic production development, methods of production enterprises economic development basing on optimum production volumes augmentation. It was constructed an economic-mathematical model of optimum production volumes augmentation of functioning enterprise. Enterprises of food industry of Ukraine, educational process.
