Object of research – muscle discourses in horses . The purpose of research –pathogenetic substation of application of preparation Movalis in treatment of acute aseptic myositis in horses. Methods of research: clinical, morphological composition of blood (red and white blood cells), biochemical (hemoglobin, general albumen and his factions, creatinekinase, lactatedehydrogenase and his factions, ALT, AST, ionogram); histological (painting for gematoxylin-eosin and for Van-Gisson), instrumental (electromyography). Scientific novelty of work: first the complex study of biochemical changes of blood is conducted I veterinary surgery hystomorphological consists in that first the complex study of biochemical and morphological changes of muscles of horse at acute aseptic myositis. It is well-proven that hyperenzyme emia and gypokaliemia and lactat acidosis, which draw anoxaemia of fabrics and anaerobic glycolisis develops at horse. It is discovered that low dawning of electric biopotentials develops at horse. By the experimental researches substantiate expedience of application of new selective anti-inflammatory preparation Movalis. It is offered: complex use of clinical, biochemical and electrophysiology methods in diagnostic of myositis at horses; to inject preparation of Movalis in acute aseptic myositis. It is introduced: obtained results are used in educational process, at studying “General and special veterinary surgery”, at scientific investigations (Bila Tserkva State Agrarian University, National Agrarian University, Sumy National Agrarian University, Lviv National Veterinary Medicine University by the name of Gzhitskiy) and practice of the veterinary medicine.
