Kostyuk O. Religious education formation and development in Volyn (XIX – beginning of the XX centuries)

In the thesis systematic analysis of the religious education formation and development in Volyn region in the XIX – beginning of the XX centuries in the context of the religious social political and pedagogical factors is made. On the basis of the archivistic documents, periodicals and foreign literature analysis three main stages of the religious education formation and development are researched and characterized. Content of the religious education, its main forms and methods on the definite stages of its development is explained in the thesis. Teaching and methodical recommendations “Religious education formation and development in Volyn region in the XIX – beginning of the XX centuries” have been developed. Materials of the thesis can be used in educational, regional ethnographical work. It might also be used while preparing manuals in History of Pedagogics, Religious Education History, History of Ukrainian Culture, Philosophy of Education.
