Hilko I. Development of Artistic Education on Bukovyina (second half of XIX th. XX th till 1930s centuries)

The thesis is dedicated to the research of theoretical, methodical, didactic gaining of setting and development of artistic education in Bukovina in the period under research. It was determined, that in the second half of XIX th. XX th till 1930s centuries the system of art education, which had definite gradual character function and has been divided into general and professional art education, has been functioning. For the first time, evolution of artistic signification in the area was disclosed; the educational plans and programs, organizing-methodical equipment of artistic disciplines in colleges and higher educational establishments of Bukovina are analyzed. The analysis of main books and other publications, which had been used in colleges (folk, real schools, gymnasiums, lyceums) and higher educational establishments (manufacturing and area school of carving and metal ornamentation) was done; the system of training and gaining further qualification of art teachers in school of Bukovyina was explored in the period under analysis.
