Stezhko N. "The Human Development Safety in Ukraine and the Ways of the Improvement of its level"

Object of research: process of a secumty of human development as set of actions in satisfaction of the material and spiritual demands and self-development. The purpose of dissertational work is improvement of theoretical and methodological bases of a safety of human development at national and regional levels and development of scientific - methodical and scientific - practical recommendations concerning mechanisms of their realization. Methods of research: a dialectic method of knowledge, methods of generalization, the comparative analysis, classification, methods of the statistical and economic, system analysis, the comparative analysis, a programme and target method. Theoretical results: will consist in the safety of human development profound theoretical bases, development of scientific - methodical approaches of its estimation, a substantiation of ways of increase of a level of safety of human development in Ukraine. Practical results: consist that the basic theoretical, methodological positions are finished with a level of specific proposals, development and applied recommendations. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the conceptual model of safety of human development is developed; scientific - methodical approaches are offered according to safety of human development; it is advanced: definition of concept "safety of human development"; classification of factors of influence on safety of human development; system of parameters and problems of the Purposes of Development of the Millenium for Ukraine; have received the further development: approaches by a comparative estimation of safety of human development in Ukraine and the countries of EU.Degree of introduction: the conclusions received in the dissertation and the recommendation have found practical application in activity of the Kirovograd Regional State Administration; the Kirovograd Regional Center of Employment and in Educational Process of the Kirovograd National Technical University.
