The research-paper analyzes the problem in terms of its historical development and presents the analysis of the basic notions of the investigation, the essence and contents of such notions as „teenagers' interpersonal relations culture”, „the formation of teenagers' interpersonal relations culture” are set clear. The interpersonal relations' culture structure, which main components are cognitive, emotionally-motivational, active-practical and regulative, is defined in the thesis. The criteria, parameters and levels of interpersonal relations culture formation are set. The paper represents the scientifically substantiated and experimentally verified model of the teenagers' interpersonal relations culture formation in extra-curriculum activity. The main components of this model are defined as aim, tasks, principles, content, kinds of activity, forms and methods of work and results. The forms of extra-curriculum educational work with the pupils, the introduction of which evidenced in progressive development of relations' culture in experimental groups are presented. These are: the additional course „ Relations' Culture”, ethics-discussion studio, mini-theatre, the club of school journalistic, business-games course.
