Object of research: processes of integration of elec-tronic business in the structure of commercial bank. Purpose of research: development of complex of models and methods, providing the optimum terms of integration of electronic business in the structure of commercial bank. Methods of research: design, analysis of the informative systems, imitation design, informative safety methods of artificial intelligence. Results: conception of design of processes of integra-tion of electronic business in the structure of services of commercial banks is developed; the simulation model of work of branch of bank, in which one of basic re-sources is a channel capacity, is developed; the model of organization of interfaces co-operations is improved in the interbank informative system; the methods of the informative providing of decision-making are offered in the field of electronic business; the model of the sys-tem of safety of electronic operations is developed with the use of intellectual methods of exposure ofsuspi-cious transactions.
