Gnybidenko O. Socio-economic mechanism of effective employment and development of labour potential of industry

The dissertation is devoted to the research, generalization and to the solution of social and economic problems of effective employment and development of labour potential of industry under market transformation of Ukrainian economics. Methodological and methodical approaches of the research of labour potential with the explanation of it’s structure, of the factors of the development, with the improvement of measuring methods have been developed. The components and the levers of the mechanism of employment and development of labour potential, the peculiarities of their functioning in the developed countries of market economy have been defined. The integrated assessment of the condition of employment and development of labour potential of industry up-to the all dates of economic analysis has been carried out. The methodologies of diagnostics and modelling development of labour potential of industrial enterprise, of the analysis of transformation of the value orientation of staff, methodological bases ofsocial investment of the development of the innovational component of labour potential have been worked out and have been tested.
