Object of research: forms and types of prenatal hypotrophy in dogs, embryo pathology, fetus and newborn puppets (till one day). Purpose of research: deals with condensing of the development mechanism of prenatal hypotrophy in dog; working out of valuation methods of embryo state, fetus and newborns; working out, approbation and introduction into the production of diagnosis and prophylactic programme of prenatal hypotrophy in dogs. Methods of research: clinical, morphological (58-th of the development, their organs, size, mass of placenta), biochemical, statistical. Numeral informations were calculated with the help of biometric methods. Scientific novelty: for the first time it was defined the mor-phofunctional state of phetoplacentic complex of fetus in dogs which have prenatal hypotrophy. It was worked out the methods of valuation of embryo state, fetus and new-borns using modern computer technologies, sonography. It was also worked out the method of prophylactic of prenatal hypotrophy in dogs usingcomputer programme and vita-mine-mineral and vitamine-hormonal preparations. Computer programmes of dose reforms of preparations during embryo and fetal periods of the development. Therapeutic and economical efficiency of diagnostic programmes and the prophylactic of prenatal hypotrophy in dogs were defined. Degree of introduction: for the objective definition of the po-tential of embryo development, fetus and bitch of German sheepdog using the computer programmes of valuation of embryo state, fetus and differentiate computer programmes with the using of clinical state and the potential of the development of newborn puppets, with the purpose of opportune carrying out the corregated therapy. For the prophylactic of prenatal hypotrophy of fetus in bitches of German sheepdog using peroral vitamine-mineral preparation gravidoopt (1-3 fractions) and intraabdominal vitamine-hormonal preparation caplaestrol. Preparation fractions gravidoopt have to be given during embrio, primary and last fetal periods of the development, everyday with fodder in dose 5-60gr, preparation caplaestrol during last fetal period in dose 2-4 ml, two times with the interval of seven days. Preparation dose is to be calculated with the help of computer programmes of dose reforms of preparations depending on the potential of the development of embryo and fetus.
