Bukhtiyarova I. Pharmacologial substantiation of Recsod for treatment diabetes mellitus

Dissertation is about the pharmacological substantiation of advisability of the usage of Recsod in the different stages of insulin deficiency development. On the base of complex experiments it was proved that Recsod restores antioxidants balance and have angioprotective and membrane protective properties. It was established, that while usage of the Recsod in the conditions of insulin deficiency the reliable improvement of the functional activity of pancreatic ?-cells, increase of the sensitivity to insulin and improvement of tolerance to carbohydrates are observed; insufficiency inhibits development of diabetic nephropathy and causes antiatherogenic properties. During experiments the effectiveness of combined usage of Recsod with antioxidants and oral drugs was proved. On the basis of complex investigations it is estimated, that Recsod restores and pro/antioxidant balance, decrease the development of insulin resistance and intolerance toward carbohydrates, displays the angioprotector and membrane protector effects. Thus, using pharmacological investigation it was proved that Recsod is useful for treatment insulin- resistant states (metabolic syndromes) as drug for decreases relative, for example, absolute insulin deficiency preventive decrease diabetic micro- and macroangiopathies.
