Prihodko D. The peculiarities of the Air Force cadets'psyhic tension during the land training

The object - is the process of training of cadets to the flying activity; the purpose - is to define the determining objective and subjective factors and criterions of estimation of cadets' psychic tension conditions during land training; the methods - are the theoretical-methodological analysis, laboratory experiment, supervision, questioning, questionnaire, conversation, apparaturing methodics, computer simylation, measuring of psychophysiological indices, expert estimation, examination of the truth of distinctions, multi-measuring statistics; the novelty - is because it is the first time when the structure, the classification and the peculiarity of dynamics in cadets psychic tension conditions during land training are defined, criterions of estimation of the level in psychic tension conditions and the intensity of the influence stress-factors for cadets during land training are defined; the results - the psychodiagnostic complex of methods for the determination and control of cadets' psychic tension conditions are worked out, the methological recommendations for providing optimal level cadets' psychic tension conditions during land training is developed; it is applied into the psychologic-educational work in military units and in the Ukrainian Armed Forces educational institutions; the field - it is psychology of labour, the engineering psychology.
