Essay

Object of research: processes of management by the streams of resources of major metallurgical concern functioning in the conditions of changing internal and external environment. Purpose of research: develop-ment of economic and mathematical case frames by the streams of resources of industrial enterprise with the continuously-discrete type of production. Methods of research: methods of systems analysis, theory of or-ganization, methods of general theory of the systems, mathematical analysis, mathematical statistics, theory of mass service, theory of the hierarchical systems, methods of re-engineering. Results: conception of de-sign of management by the streams of resources of metallurgical enterprise is developed; the method of analysis of streams of resources, based on the cross logistic analysis, is developed; the model of the system of support of decision-making management by the streams of resources and optimization of load of pro-ductions capacities of metallurgical enterprise is of-fered; theeconomic and mathematical model of optimi-zation of structural parameters of subdivisions of metal-lurgical enterprise is offered; the model of estimation of efficiency of optimization of streams of resources is offered. Novelty: first: conception of design of man-agement by the streams of resources of metallurgical enterprise is developed; the method of analysis of streams of resources is developed; the model of the system of support of decision-making management by the streams of resources and optimization of load of productions capacities of metallurgical enterprise is offered; got further development: economic and mathematical model of optimization of structural pa-rameters of subdivisions of metallurgical enterprise; improved: model of estimation of efficiency of optimi-zation of streams of resources. Field of the use: level of enterprises.
