Bilenko D. Modeling of complex development of internal market of natural gas of Ukraine

Object of research: processes of functioning and development of gas industry of Ukraine. Purpose of research: theoretical ground and development of con-ception of management by complex investment internal market development of natural gas of Ukraine, includ-ing the models of mechanisms providing estimation of efficiency of long-term financial contributions to mod-ernization of existing heat-generating parka and expan-sion of the system of distributing of natural gas. Meth-ods of research: methods of logic, systems analysis and synthesis, structurally-functional approach, cluster analysis of morphological great numbers, expert method, method of analysis of hierarchies, methods of economic and mathematical design, methods of sys-tem dynamics. Results: conception of management by complex investment internal market development of natural gas of Ukraine is developed; the simulation model of complex internal market development of natu-ral gas of Ukraine is developed; the method of con-struction of integral index of investment attractive-ness of gas industry of Ukraine is offered; the model of mechanism of estimation of stability of investment pro-ject is offered; the investment processes control system is offered at the internal market of natural gas of Ukraine. Novelty: First developed: conception of man-agement by complex investment internal market devel-opment of natural gas of Ukraine; simulation model of complex internal market development of natural gas of Ukraine. Improved: investment processes control sys-tem at the internal market of natural gas of Ukraine. Further development was got: method of construction of integral index of investment attractiveness of gas industry of Ukraine; model of mechanism of estimation of stability of investment project.
