Object of research: the mechanism of regulation of productivity and a payment of workers. The purpose of dissertational work is improvement of theoretical bases, development of scientific - methodical and scientific - practical recommendations on formation of the mechanism of regulation of productivity and a payment in conditions ресурсосбережения. Methods of research: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge and general scientific methods of research, a method of research causal – results connections and SWOT-the analysis, a method of dialectic logic, a method of the statistical analysis, a method of parallel lines, methods of sociological researches, methods of expert estimations, the system and rather - economic analysis, methods of classification, the factorial and index analysis, a method of scientific generalization. Theoretical results: consist in a deepening of theoretical and methodological bases and development of scientific - practical recommendations on improvement of the mechanism of a payment in view of requirements of resources saving on the basis of maintenance of interrelation of a payment with growth of productivity and an overall performance. Practical results: consist that theoretical and scientific - methodical development concerning the mechanism of regulation of productivity and a payment in conditions ресурсосбережения are finished with a level of methodical and scientific - practical recommendations. Scientific novelty: for the first time: function of wages is proved of resources saving; the normative model of resource management is developed; it is advanced: scientific - practical approaches according to a level of a payment due to the developed analysis algorithm and an estimation of productivity and a payment in dynamics; the mechanism of regulation of a payment with the account resources saving on the basis of maintenance of direct dependence between productivity, payment and an overall performance on each workplace; has received the further developments: the complex approachon an establishment of differentiation of the size of a payment in view of change of productivity of work; directions of improvement of a state policy of regulation of wages in a context of realization of the Concept of the further reforming a payment in Ukraine. Degree of introduction: results research are used in practical activities of the Ministry of work and social policy of Ukraine, state Ekterprise factory of Ukrainian-Dunay Shipping Companies, State Organisation Social - Labor Research Institute of the Ministry of Work and Social Policy of Ukraine (Lugansk).
