The object of the research is a process management organization.The purpose of the research is to improve the effectiveness of implementation of portfolio companies in a volatile environment through the development of new and improvement of existing models and methods to ensure the project-focused organizational change; The principal methods of research are systems analysis methods for building multi-model analysis of the efficiency of a portfolio of projects, a situation analysis for the management of change in the organization on the basis of a "dossier of internal and external factors" and the multi-functional regression models to determine the functional relationship between the level of efficiency of implementation of the portfolio of the projects and received results.Тhe scientific significance of the results determined by the fact that they allow to automate decision-making processes regarding changes in the management of the organization with implementation a portfolio of the projects.
